East-111
1st Quarter- 12:00
West-110

Game Summary: The Allstar game was definitely an intense one and the East beatrs the West by a mere 1 point, 111-110 at the MCI Center.
The game got under way as the West got in front of the East 11-0, while the East were trying too hard to have fun and the West were actually playing serious. Then the East caught up to a 3 point defecit, that is until, Jason Kidd made a shot from beyond the half-court line at the buzzer, that made the west have a 6 point lead.
Then the West started playing a little sluggish, but got in some nice slam dunks and alley-oops. This meant that the East was starting to catch up, and they did with the Allstar MVP, Allen Iverson, leading the way. Iverson had 25 points and had 15 in the last 9 minutes.
Then in the last minutes, Kobe Bryant and Stephon Marbury had a mega shootout, as they scored back to back three paired times. Another key attribute to the East's victory was Dikembe Mutombo, with 22 rebounds and really played serious.
Then the final seconds came up, and Kobe passed up a shot and passed it to Duncan who missed the final shot of the game.

Good game or BaD GaMe???: This game has got to be the best allstar game ever, the East had never lead in the whole game until the last 25 seconds of the game. This is a historical game, I am glad to have seen this and have this event in my memory.
